Mojo Monday August 6

I haven't been feeling too well lately but I finally got around to doing Mojo Monday today.  I used the "You're Amazing" stamp set and World Spectacular DSP.

Color Q challenge #147

Here is my take on this week's Color Q challenge.(http://colourq.blogspot.com/).I wanted to put something on the top half but I couldn't decide what so I just left it blank.  LOL!

Back From Convention

I had a great time at the Stampin' Up Convention with my special friends Joan and Karen.  Seeing all the great ideas using Stampin' Up products inspired me to get crafting and sharing with all my friends and family.

This is a card I made for a swap at the Convention.  I hope you like it.

Color Q Challenge #145

Here is my take on the Color Q (http://colourq.blogspot.com/) challenge this week.  Nothing fancy but I had fun making it.  I used the the Up, Up and Away Stamp set,  and Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight, More Mustard, and Pear Pizzazz.  The Designer Series Paper was from a discontinued pack (Springtime Vintage).

Mojo Monday July 9, 2012

I am finally getting around to posting again.  As most of you know I have been been working and creating our card classes for: http://www.stampedestampinsolutions.blogspot.com/  My real job is exhausting but I am having fun working on the card classes.  My friend Joan and I are partners in this endeavor so wish us luck.

I love the Stampin' Up "Established Elegance" stamp set and have been making lots of card with it.  Here is my take on this week's Mojo Monday ( http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/ ) challenge.

I have been called in to work the rest of the week so I won't have time to prepare my blog.  Hopefully, I can start posting Monday.

Changes to blog

I have been thinking of how I can use this blog to help me get some projects done and be of some use to those of you who are following it.  Starting June 1st, I will try to do like my friend Joan at http://joansdailystampede.blogspot.com/ and have a theme for each day.  I have put together a list of things I'd like to try. Some of these may not work and I will have to rethink things, but at least for now, this is how I plan to have my blog organized.  I may not post every day when things get busy, but I do hope to post often.  Thanks to my friend Kris who helped me come up with some of these ideas.

• Tuesday - Texture Tuesday
• Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday (this will be funny card and cards for kids)

• Saturday - Save a.....Saturday (save a stamp by making a flat card, also recycling something, using scraps, etc.)
